  • How to use SIMO on my device?
    SIMO is accessible via SIMO Connect application pre-installed onto any approved devices. Through SIMO Connect application, you can perform several tasks: Setup your device The first step before using SIMO is to setup an account with us in order to register your device via the setup link on SIMO Connect. Follow the steps as indicated. Only one account can be associated to a device and your account is linked to your email address. In order to make any change during the registration process, please contact our support via livechat. Connect to your account You can connect to your account to access your contact details, your purchase history and generate email receipt, understand your current subscription balance and purchase a new plan. Buy more data You are automatically redirected to our storefront page to purchase a new subscription from those available in your country. Renew a plan Once you are reaching the expiry or have depleted the balance for your current subscription, SIMO will ask you to renew your subscription of the same plan and activate auto-renewal. Switch mobile operator with SignalScan™ SignalScan™ allows you to disconnect from the current mobile operator and search for a better alternative if you are experiencing difficulties or slower connection with your device.   • How do I report a lost device?
    In order to report the loss of your device, you need to contact our customer service via livechat. Once the loss of your device has been reported, we will remove your account from the device. All your remaining subscription balance will be forfeited without any refund. We are not able to provide any location service at the moment for lost device and can only prevent further abusive usage to be done. The customer is still responsible to pay for all the charges that occurs on its device prior and after having reported the loss of the device.
