SIMO Subscription – Plan Details for Solis Tag
1. Plan Overview
The SIMO Subscription includes:
• One SIMO device provided at no upfront device cost
• 3GB of global data per monthly billing cycle
• A minimum 12-month service commitment
• Automatic monthly billing
The device is provided at a subsidized cost in exchange for your agreement to maintain active service for the required commitment period.
2. Service Description
Monthly Data Allowance:
Each billing cycle includes 3 gigabytes (3GB) of global data valid for 30 days. Unused data rolls over for up to 6 months.
Coverage:
Service is available in supported countries through SIMO’s multi-carrier network partners. Coverage, speeds, and availability may vary. Service is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Data Usage Policy:
The Subscription is intended for reasonable personal or business use. SIMO may suspend or terminate service for abuse, unauthorized resale, excessive automated usage, or prohibited activity.
3. Fees and Billing
Activation Fee:
A one-time, non-refundable $35 activation fee is charged at enrollment.
Monthly Service Fee:
$9.99 per month billed in advance every 30 days. Applicable taxes and regulatory fees may apply.
4. 12-Month Minimum Service Commitment
You agree to maintain active service for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on activation. Early termination triggers device repayment obligations.
5. Device Subsidy and Early Termination
The SIMO device is provided at no upfront cost under a subsidy model.
If you cancel before completing 12 months, fail to maintain active service, are terminated for non-payment, or violate these Terms, the full retail value of the device (Device Balance) becomes immediately due. SIMO may charge the payment method on file and pursue lawful collection remedies.
6. Automatic Renewal & Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize SIMO to automatically charge your payment method every billing cycle, including outstanding balances and applicable Device Balance if early termination occurs. The Subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
1. SIMO will automatically retry the charge.
2. If the retry fails, Customer Support may contact you to update payment information.
3. Service may be suspended or terminated if payment is not resolved.
Termination prior to completing 12 months triggers the Device Balance obligation.
8. Data Usage, Overage & Network Management
Once the 3GB allotment is exhausted, data may pause until the next billing cycle or additional data may be purchased.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. If cancelled before 12 months, the Device Balance becomes immediately due. After 12 months, no device balance is owed. Activation fees are non-refundable.
10. Early Device Payoff Option
You may pay the Device Balance early (MSRP: $69.99). Upon full payment, your plan converts to month-to-month service and may be cancelled at any time without device-related charges.
11. Service Modifications
SIMO reserves the right to modify pricing, data allotments, features, and policies with notice as required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Suspension and Termination
SIMO may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Suspension does not waive Device Balance obligations.
13. Limitation of Liability
Service is provided “as available.” SIMO is not liable for network outages, carrier interruptions, lost data, business interruption, or consequential damages.
